This apartment is located at about 245 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area in El Sauzal, in the north of Tenerife. With a rental car, well-known towns such as "Puerto de la Cruz" and "La Laguna" are still quickly reached. The "Costa el Sauzal", with newly laid out paths that delight hikers, is located not far from the accommodation. This makes the apartment the ideal starting point for exciting excursions across the entire sun island. The apartment has a living area of around 60 sqm and offers a relaxing holiday for two people. Thanks to tasteful furnishings, the apartment feels bright and inviting. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed with table, armchair, living room cabinet and a flat-screen TV with German and international channels. From here you can step directly onto the furnished terrace with sun loungers and awning and enjoy the wonderful views of the sea and Mount Teide. The open-plan kitchen with a dining table and two chairs offers all the necessary kitchen appliances and cooking utensils for everyday use. A small storage room provides additional storage space. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and a small cabinet. A small restaurant can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. After a few minutes by car, you will reach the center of El Sauzal with a small market, local shops, bars and restaurants. In about 15 minutes via the motorway, you can reach Puerto de la Cruz with its many tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping opportunities.

★★★★★Very quietly located with a great view of the sea. No through traffic. Evelyn and Andreas were always available and helpful whenever there was a problem. The beautiful, bright living area is spacious and welcoming. There are 2 loungers with good cushions for the terrace and several blankets available. We found it very pleasant that we could heat the apartment with a gas heater on cool evenings. There are plenty of towels for the bathroom and shower, as well as for the kitchen.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. A wonderful view of the sea. Teide could also be seen from here. The furnishings were very good. We had the option of washing our laundry for €4 per load.
